Join our Sugar Cane Doodle Family by becoming a Guardian Family!

Our mini multigenerational Australian Labradoodle breeding dogs are pets! We are 100% committed to providing a wonderful life for ALL of our dogs. Our Guardian Program allows families to become part of our Sugar Cane Doodle program and support a better way of breeding.

A Guardian Family Home is chosen specifically for one of our breeding dogs or puppies to live a wonderful life as a family dog. Sugar Cane Doodles will retain all breeding rights. The guardian family gets a pick-of-the litter pet for an extremely reduced fee. The dog or puppy will live with you and will only visit our program when required testing needs to be done, when it is time to be bred or when she is ready to have her puppies- Sugar Cane Doodles will resume any costs related to health testing or reproductive costs.

Requirements of Guardian Families

• Must live within a 100 mile radius of Baton Rouge, LA

• Fenced in yard

• Regular grooming and health care

• Basic training and socialization

• Upon completion of the contract, the dog with be spayed/neutered
